You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We ship parcels using DPD and DX Express, depending on availability. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch on weekdays is 10:00 PM with DPD. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Due to the nature of our products, DPD is unable to leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive them. In some cases, the parcel may be left with a neighbor.

Delivery

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Standard deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Timed or special delivery services are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional courier delays may occur, particularly during peak periods.

What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your parcel again on the next working day. Generally, two delivery attempts will be made.

The driver will leave a notification with contact details. You must contact the courier directly to arrange a new delivery date.

If the courier is unable to reach you and delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost, including the return fee.

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original delivery and return charges.

Additional Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery and contact details are accurate at the time of placing an order. Pro Dermis cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

We are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit; however, we will assist in resolving such issues where possible.

For international orders, customers may need to coordinate with their local delivery provider if required.

Pro Dermis is not responsible for orders that are delayed, seized, or restricted due to regulations governing the products in the destination country.

We are also not liable for any loss of income or indirect losses resulting from delivery delays or non-delivery.
