Returns Policy

At Pro Dermis, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products. This policy ensures that all customers receive brand-new items supplied directly from the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days. In many cases, this is completed sooner; however, processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

Pro Dermis does not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and ensuring that products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items that are not returned in their original packaging or are received in a damaged or non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund.
